1. Agreement
•  This agreement is between Cyon Fitness Ltd and you ("the Member").
•  This includes memberships and trial or challenge programs.

2. Access
•  Payment grants access to the gym during specified opening times.
•  Opening times may vary during holidays and Bank Holiday periods.
• You get access to coaches for any communications via fitr. Coaches will respond during the hours of 8am and 5pm
• Our  recurring memberships allow for unlimited bookings however we reserve the right to stop members who repeatedly cancel or no show to classes from booking that class

3. Membership Terms
•  The minimum term for recurring memberships is 3 months then rolling monthly until cancelled
•  All recurring memberships require a 30-day notice period for cancellation.

4. Payments
•  Monthly membership fees are charged automatically via recurring card payment, using the card details provided by the member.
•  Split payments for trials, programme's or challenges are charged automatically via recurring card payment, using the card details provided by the member.
•  All membership and program payments are non-refundable or transferable, regardless of usage, unless eligible for an agreed guarantee.

5. Guarantee
•  Eligibility for any advertised guarantee requires full participation in your selected program or membership. This includes; attending coaching sessions, hitting nutrition targets, and completing check ins with your coach.

6. Pauses
•  Membership pauses are not possible, except due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Cancellations
•  All cancellations require 30 days notice, monthly payments will be charged as standard during this period and you will have access to the gym for 30 days after your last payment.
•  Any payments made during this period are non-refundable.
•  Any annual memberships are non refundable
• Cancellation notice for all trials and challenges is 6 hours any cancellation within this window and that class will be forfeited

8. Health & Safety
•  The member confirms they are physically fit and able to exercise without any health problems that could hinder or adversely affect them.
•  The gym is not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence or intentional acts.
•  Adherence to staff instructions is mandatory.

9. Price Changes
•  All membership prices may be subject to annual inflation adjustments.
•  You will be given a minimum of 30 days notice prior to any price increase.

10. Acceptance
• Completing payment confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
